三桶体均为全304不锈钢制作，脱蜡釜脱蜡后排入该设备，采用西门子触摸屏＋PLC智能控制系统，全自动从1号，2号，3号过滤除水运行，分为1号2000升灰粉和水与蜡液过滤，2号500升二次灰粉过滤，3号集中蜡除水，从根本上解决蜡中的灰粉和杂质过滤，蒸汽120-140℃除水，避免以前老款快速除水中，高温造成蜡过度老化。All three tanks are made of 304 stainless steel. After wax removal from the degreasing tank, the material is transferred to this equipment. It features a Siemens touch screen and PLC intelligent control system, enabling fully automated operation from Filter No. 1, No. 2, and No. 3 for water removal. The process includes:
- Filter No. 1: 2,000-liter filtration of ash powder and wax liquid.
- Filter No. 2: 500-liter secondary filtration of ash powder.
- Filter No. 3: Centralized wax water removal.
This fundamentally addresses the filtration of ash powder and impurities in the wax. Steam at 120-140°C is used for water removal, avoiding excessive wax aging caused by high temperatures in previous rapid removal methods.
